THE BALL MASTERY PROGRAM

The Ball Mastery Program gives you a four week runway to take your training to a higher level. Each session is built to challenge how you think and move.

You’ll refine how you handle the ball in moments that actually matter. Instead of just running through drills, you’ll train in a way that builds confidence when space is tight, pressure is high, and decisions have to be made fast.

You’ll show up each day with a clear plan and a reason behind every rep. The drills are built to transfer directly to the game.

About Coach Nigus

Nigus brings over 10 years of coaching experience, working with athletes of all ages, from 5 to adult, across multiple clubs including East Bay United, Tottenham Spurs (Berkeley), Glens Evolution, and various high schools in the Bay Area. 



He has also coached at the collegiate level as the third assistant coach for San Francisco State University’s men’s team in 2019. Nigus currently serves as the official attacking coach for the Ethiopian Football Federation and the technical coach for the Oakland Roots.
In his coaching career, Nigus has worked with professional players such as Naomi Girma, Leon Bailey, and Orel Mangala, helping to develop their skills and elevate their game to the highest level. His extensive experience at the professional and semi-professional levels makes him a highly respected figure in the soccer community.



After high school, Nigus moved to Germany to play for SV Vaihingen Fussball Club and FSG Schiffweiler Fussball Club. After two years in Germany, he returned to the U.S. and played four years of college soccer at San Francisco State University.
